Synopsis :
Vijay Shinde, a drunkard, a masseur with magical fingers is known for his skill of relieving irremediable muscular pain. He works in the anatomy section of an old government medical school. He preserves dead bodies artfully and cuts them compassionately. Vijay is desperately in love with Lilly – a cadaver! He takes gentle care of her in all possible ways. He has preserved her body passionately for past three years. But soon he must let her go. There is a shortage of cadavers available for medical studies and research. So, he must sacrifice his love, Lilly. Vijay is unable to accept this reality. He decides to escort Lilly to such a place where no mortal can intrude their solitude. He begins his rollercoaster journey with the dream to harmonise with Lilly forever. Will he succeed in his quest for eternity?

There is an ongoing concern among the new generation parents over the usage of mobile phones by kids. While moderate usage poses no immediate issues, the age-old adage holds true: excess in any form can lead to negative consequences. “Pakka Limbu Timbu” skillfully conveys this message in an entertaining and engaging manner. Conceptualised by Hrishikesh Pawar starring Mallika Sarabhai and dancers of the Centre Of Contemporary Dance. Reading and movement work based on an intimate and introspective memoir titled “IN FREE FALL – My experience with living” by celebrated dancer Mallika Sarabhai. What does it take to survive on an orange and a glass of Complan for each meal? Dance the Flamenco till midnight the day your baby is due? Not to come undone in the face of personal loss? Or try multiple treatments from faith healing to mantras to cure a tumour that turns out not to be a tumour? Laced with humour and an earthy wisdom, In Free Fall is all about coming to terms with yourself and your body and finding the lifestyle that works for you. And how to make mistakes, pick yourself up and carry on. Never preachy, this ‘self-help’ memoir delivers an immensely useful message for anyone who wants good health – and happiness.
